The location is in a great and brilliant spot to a park 100 meters away. The room is reasonably priced.

Tidy, stunning rooms with the shower, a fridge and bath, fantastic position. Plenty of well presented food😃

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The venue is conveniently located near Stadium of Light Metro station and St Peter's Metro station, only a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced.

The breakfast is hot with sausage, bacon plus bread for toast, had everything you could imagine. Also, the location is absolutely perfect, minutes from a seater football stadium. Truly enjoyed our stay here and would stay

The room had a kettle, an iron, and a sofa bed, and the location was wonderful and beautiful.

The room was large and stylish, had amazing views and featured a huge double wardrobe, luggage storage, and a kettle. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect for us - walk from a stadium and bistros.  

The breakfast was good, hot, and local with sausages, scrambled eggs, and toast. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. The accommodation was in a central location right next to the stadium. 

We enjoyed delicious English breakfast with juice, toast, and a waffle maker, and the room was beautiful, tidy, and had a coffee table.

Accommodation was reasonably spacious and wonderful with incredibly welcoming staff like a Dream well done to Management. The booked room was fashionable and new-fashioned with nice bathroom. The location of the hotel was 

Incredible location in a domestic area close enough to the big Tesco Extra store, the restaurant on the first night, and good base to explore the North East of England. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a municipal museum. Extremely comfy beds, luggage 

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and ample storage. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection. I highly recommend this 

The breakfast selection here was great, featuring lots of affordable choices from the area. Our twin room was nice and bright, had a bathtub, and was nicely carpeted. 🍳

The location is magnificent, close to the theater and two metro stations. The room was immaculate, tidy, and had a private bathroom with a bathtub and toiletries.

It was a convenient base for sightseeing in Sunderland. The staff was friendly and professional.- The restaurant had plenty of choices for breakfast.- The location was ideal, close to shops, bars, and a football stadium.
